’’If only I had known this earlier’’
A few years ago, I was at a crossroads. I had experience in UX design, enjoyed solving design puzzles, and loved collaborating with developers and product teams. But something was missing. I wasn’t just looking for a job, I was searching for a mission. A place where my ideas would matter. A team where good design isn’t just decoration, but a vital part of solving real problems.
Then I joined Frontliners.
I remember stumbling upon the company while browsing through projects on LinkedIn. Something stood out. Their tone felt human. Their work felt honest. And their mission, to improve frontline experiences through smart, intuitive software instantly connected with me.
First impressions that stick
I still remember my first call with the team. It didn’t feel like an interview—it felt like a conversation. We talked about product thinking, user empathy, weird Figma hacks, and (yes) even our favorite typefaces. There was this refreshing openness about the way they worked, no egos, just curiosity and a genuine drive to do things better.
By the time I got off the call, I thought: If this is what working here feels like, I’m in.
Designing with purpose
Fast forward 2.5 years, and I’m still here, still excited every Monday (no joke). I’ve worked on projects that directly impact thousands of frontline workers. From simplifying workflows for busy retail staff to creating accessible interfaces for logistics teams on the move, it’s design that matters.
The beauty of being a UX designer at Frontliners? You're not in a silo. You sit right in the middle of product, engineering, customer feedback, and experimentation. I get to prototype bold ideas, test them quickly, and, when they work, see the results out in the field within weeks. That’s rare. And incredibly rewarding.
