As a Senior Back-end Developer, you build the foundation behind our platform. You turn real-world logistics challenges into clear and dependable solutions. You design and implement APIs, shape the core business logic, and make sure our system stays fast and stable as we grow.

You’ll collaborate closely with front-end developers, product owners, and other specialists to refine ideas into well-structured features. You understand the balance between getting things done and doing them right, and you enjoy improving both the code and the overall developer experience.

You bring a thoughtful, structured mindset to complex technical challenges. You enjoy understanding how things work under the hood and improving them step by step. You’re comfortable taking ownership of your work, but you also enjoy sharing knowledge and working closely with your team.

You think ahead, you’re not afraid to ask questions, and you look for solutions that make life easier for the people who use our software. You balance pragmatism with quality, you know when to move fast and when to build something that lasts.

You don’t need to hit every point perfectly but these skills will help you feel confident in the role.

Core back-end experience
You have several years of experience designing and building back-end systems. You’re comfortable with API design, service structure, data processing, and everything that keeps an application running smoothly behind the scenes.

Strong understanding of databases
You know your way around databases, especially MongoDB and NoSQL concepts. You understand data modelling, indexing, performance considerations, and how to structure data for real-world use.

API design and integration
You’re experienced with REST APIs and know how to build endpoints that are clean, maintainable, and pleasant to work with. You’re aware of patterns that help systems grow without becoming fragile.

Scalability and architecture
You think in terms of long-term stability: asynchronous flows, background processing, queuing, caching, and system reliability. You bring structure to complexity and know how to design for growth.

CI/CD & deployment pipelines
You’ve worked with Docker and have experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Bitbucket Pipelines, or similar. You know how to get code safely from development to production.

Testing mindset
You’re comfortable writing tests that improve reliability without slowing things down. Whether it’s unit tests, integration tests, or API tests, you understand their value and use them wisely.

Nice to have
Experience with monorepo tooling (Nx, Turborepo), cloud platforms, or Supabase is a plus but curiosity and willingness to learn matter more.
