Build something from the ground up
My name is Ludo, and I work as a Product Owner at Frontliners on our Transport Management System (TMS). In my role, I focus on creating clarity in complexity. I set priorities, maintain a well-structured backlog, and align closely with stakeholders so teams can work effectively in an Agile environment. I like to get discussions to the core quickly, take ownership, and help teams move forward together, always with impact in mind.
I joined Frontliners after being approached by a recruiter, but it didn’t take long to feel that this could be a good match. The TFx project immediately stood out, as did the atmosphere and mindset within the company. The combination of a complex product, a flat organization, and the freedom to take real responsibility ultimately convinced me to make the move.
Helping teams make decisions faster
What I enjoy most about my work is the balance between complexity and tangible results. We work on challenging topics, but always with the goal of delivering something that’s actually used in practice. I get a lot of energy from spotting improvement opportunities, making clear choices, and setting direction. When the team stays focused and you can clearly see progress, that’s incredibly satisfying.
On a daily basis, I’m motivated by creating clarity and momentum. Helping teams make decisions faster, choose a clear direction, and stay focused on value gives me energy. I enjoy keeping things moving, without losing sight of quality or long-term impact.
What I’m most proud of at Frontliners is how we continue to grow as an organization. We’re becoming more mature in the way we work together, while staying open and honest. People help each other move forward, and there’s real space to learn, reflect, and improve together. That mindset makes a big difference.
Focus on what works, without unnecessary complexity
The culture at Frontliners is flat, energetic, and built on trust. There’s a lot of room to influence decisions, especially if you take responsibility. Collaboration is strong, the atmosphere is positive, and our Agile way of working is pragmatic, we focus on what works, without unnecessary complexity.
If you’re considering working at Frontliners, this is what I’d say: if you enjoy making impact, taking ownership, and working on a complex product where your input really matters, you’ll feel at home here. You’ll work with driven, capable people who want to move forward together. And if you get energy from clarity, pace, results, and continuous improvement, Frontliners is a great place to be.
