I’m Annegien, HR Manager at Frontliners. My role is all about structure, clarity, and adding a personal touch to everything related to people. I find it important that colleagues feel seen and know they can always come to me. Supporting people, helping them grow, and watching them get the best out of themselves, that’s what I love most about my work.
My start at Frontliners went incredibly fast. After two short but very clear conversations, I instantly felt: this is right. The energy, the assignment, the people, it all clicked. It made me excited to get started right away. So I jumped in with both feet. Full speed ahead. 😊
What drives me most are the people here
From that very first day, no two days have been the same. It’s a cliché, but it’s really true. Because my work is centered around people, there’s very little you can predict. Some days I focus on personal development, other days on improving collaboration, and sometimes on creating more structure. Often it’s simply about making things smarter, easier, or more enjoyable. That variety gives me energy.
What drives me most are the people here. Everyone is motivated to build something meaningful together. When I see someone grow, develop, or find their place, it genuinely makes me proud. That feeling only grows stronger because of how we treat each other. We work hard, we grow quickly, and sometimes that comes with change, but we face it as a team. That’s something truly special.

We support each other and we’re not afraid to be ambitious. There’s plenty of humor, we give feedback naturally, and mistakes are simply part of the process. The great thing is: when things get tough, there’s always someone ready to help. Often, that’s where new ideas or collaborations are born.
